How to get RCR case filed by husband transferred to a different state

Hi,

for such transfer, You need to file a transfer petition in the Supreme Court. We have recently filed similar petitions in SC and got the transfer of cases. Expenses for handling such case can be discussed one to one when u call/meet.

Pls also confirm your location now. If Sec 9 has been filed in Seoni then we have to file application there itself. You are also required to satisfy the region of your prayer to shift the case from Seoni to Nagpur

You can transfer the case by filing petition before High Court. .

You can file a petition under section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 before the Supreme Court of India praying that the transfer of the RCR Case to Nagpur is necessary for securing the ends of justice and if the RCR Case is not transferred then it will cause undue hardship more to you than to your husband, also state that the reasons for living separately from your husband are same for why you cannot attend hearings at Seoni.
