You can get the divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act since your wife has cheated you. But you should keep all the evidences on record.But do you have any children born out of your wedlock.Are you providing any monetary relief to your wife since separation?

My wife cheated on me and I caught her red-handed n called her parents immediately to see what she had done against me in the year 2013. We have been separated till today hence applying a divorce from my end.
You had mentioned " caught her red-handed" is it regards any Adultery .If you not willing to live with her you can file for divorce case.

you can get divorce by filing a petition before concerned family court with the facts and they will issue notice to her and hear her side and will grant divorce after completing the procedures in court.

According to me you had wasted 5 years of your precious life by not filing a case against your wife seeking for divorce. My advice to you to immediately file a case against her, any further delay will give an impression that you had condoned her act of cheating and you are willing to live with her again.
