I am belonging to the Hindu Religion. I have married 1 year ago. My wife is suffering from 'Hemolytic Anemia'. She hide this disease. This 'Hemolytic Anemia' is controllable disease but not curable disease. Due this disease my wife is unable to give me physical relationship. Also this disease is genetic means it transfers to the next generation. So my present and future is spoiled. Thus I need to take divorce. So can I get divorce under medical ground for this incurable disease 'Hemolytic Anemia'?

There is specific provision in law. If he or she been suffering from a virulent and incurable form of venereal disease in a communicable form then one can file divorce Petition. You must have all medical prescriptions and Medical Certificate to prove the said one.
