How to get divorce from wife now living with her family

Got married through an arranged Marriage in the year 2001.From the first day of the Marriage, my wife exhibits extreme level of Rage, anger along with a very high mood swings. I am the only issue of my parent. While in marriage, I was in Mumbai and my parent were in Kolkata, so absolutely there were hardly any chances of my wife being together with Parent except meeting once in a year for Couple of days. We have a son, who born on 2004. In 2010, we came back to Kolkata to start some venture of mine and to be stayed separately apart from Parent.. but within couple of days, Wife showed her as usual True colors and started staying permanently in her Family House with her mom, Bro and Sisters. They are 3 Sisters, 1 Bro and Mom, Dad expired. Her Brother is a Suptd of Central Excise and Customs. Kindly advice what are the ways, I may opt for a legal divorce.. Your genuine suggestion is solicited.
