How to get divorce by court without following personal law

I belongs to Islam I have filed divorce petition under order 7 rule 1 kalam 26 But didn't pronounced Talaq this case was there since 2021 March but in April 2023 she filed a false case against me and my family members 498a 323 307 DV 3 4 ,506 In the chargesheet my family members name removed by herself And filed a quashing of chargesheet under 482 and I got stay for further proceeding there is no medical no evidence I didn't do anything she staying in her moms home from last 1 1/2 Y

Dear Sir, Marriage in Muslim Law is a Civil contract and it can be terminated at any time even without any grounds. Formally, you may get issue a legal notice pronouncing Talaq and even without it your suit is maintainable. You may go to High Court and get a direction to the Trial Court to dispose your Divorce case within next 6 months otherwise it will be kept pending for years.
