Want to get changes done in the decree certificate ....want to know the cost and the procedure and how much time does it would take to get the modified decree in hand

What kind of changes? if typo error then a miscellaneous Petition had to be filed and then the same procedure to be served on the other side and appearance. The cost would depend on the advocate's discretion.
