How to file for Separation immediately after Marriage

Dear Lawyer Good Morning Please help me with a solution. Under what circumstances a man can file a divorce case immediately after marriage if it has been a force marriage from the Boy's side. The Boy has been in a relationship with a girl from past 8 years and truly loves that girl. His family pressurized him emotionally and harassing because of their society and their culture and got him married without his consent. Now he is not happy with the marriage and he does not even want to continue it. The Boy's Family is at fault. not the Boy. Please Help.
Hi, First of all please be clear that the Boy who got married is also responsible for the marriage as being an adult, the boy is aware of his legal and moral responsibilities after marriage. The boy might have been forced to get married but the Boy can not escape from his legal responsibilities towards his wife. So please do not mention the abovesaid reasons in your petition for divorce. The petition would be dismissed on the first hearing. I would suggest you to re-think and try to adjust a little more with your wife. If you and your wife are unable to adjust with each other, then try to go for divorce with mutual consent as it will save your time and wastage of time.

Your husband can file for annulment of marriage on the ground that his consent had been obtained by force or fraud, whichever is your case. You must not collude to get a decree by any other way. I can't thonk of any other legal remedy.

If the girl is ready to dissolve the marriage, the divorce can be filed by mutual consent before the family court. But if she is not ready, the boy can't take divorce so easily. He has to prove that his consent was forcibly taken and he doesn't want to live with his wife any more. Revert me . All the best.
