How to file for divorce if wife left me and her family harassing me

"My Wife Left my residence since 10 Month back . We had 2 daughters of age 3 & 1.9 as of now Younger daughter is with my wife & elder with me. Now my Wife , My Father in-law & mother in-law have physically attacked on me, where I made MLC & raised FIR for it. Still this FIR is in Discussion mode Note: Here 1 Made FIR on them & mean while my Father in-law also raised FIR on us. The reason for FIR was They have physically attacked me & Gave death warnings to me.. Now I don't want to continue this , so kindly guide me what step I have to take to get justice & also divorce from my wife we have married since 3.9 Years"

You can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Inspite of the FIR being registered if they are still harassing you then lodge another complaint addressing to the senior Police officers. Send it both by registered post as well deliver it personally.

Dear Sir,
Very unfortunate that such situation. Has arisen ,but there is some solution legally as well and that is where you can save yourself and from the clutch of draconian laws, there is option of mutual divorce but for that both party has to be ready or else you have to contest and win the case....

As a first step i suggest you to issue a legal notice to your wife seeking her wish to file a mutual divorce petition before the family court. otherwise you can file a contesting divorce petition before the family court.
