How to file for divorce if living separately for 2 years

I stay in mira road. Me and my wife are staying separately for 2 years. I love someone else i want to get married. I dont have any contact details of my wife. My wife thinks i am having an affair. How do i get divorced. I am hindu
Since you both are residing separately then if the wife agrees then you both can jointly file for Divorce Petition by Mutual Consent.
If she is not agreeing then you will have to file Divorce petition based on the facts of your case.

As per hindu mariage act you need to send notice for restitution of conjugal right to your wife if she don't came then u need to send notice for divorce since you are already staying separate since last two years.
