How to file for divorce and gain maintenance

My marriage was 1.5 yrs in that i have 5 month old baby girl. from last one month i came my parents house & complaint in CAW cell in between my husband filed divorce case in court but i didn't get notice so far. Some lawyer suggest to file 498 A but i came to know to file 125 & maintenance charge ... i m confused.

For maintenance and other expenses, you need to file an application for maintenance under section125 crpc

hi , firstly make up your mind that you want only divorce or you want your spouse to feel mental harassment through legal means then you should go for 498-A . If not than you can go for 125 you can go for both as well .Revert me after clear thought in your mind .I will help you in best possible manner.
