how to file Divorce against child marriage now my wife is major

i am 23½ years old and my parents forcefully done my marriage at the 19½ age that time the girl age only 15.. i am fully against this child marriage but my family forced me alot. i try to take a legal action but they beat me and make fully forced. but now that time i am fully responsible and want to divorce but my in laws warned me that if i try to divorced they file a dowry case against me.. please suggest me

Sir first u maintain ur family minor marriage is valid in eye of law ,u Will gets success with ur wife so don't think about divorce ,u will gets help to solve the problems sec if the conditions is danger to life then file divorce petition in appropriate court under section of religious act ,rest on VI's a vise
