How to file a divorce and tell me charges put on me

I am having a extramarital affairs from 4 years and 8 years of marriage ,I want a divorce from wife but wife is not ready to give it ,I want to marry my gf so what should I do ,how I get divorce decree from wife ....and how get decree under 10 hmm for continuin livin with gf if without getting divorce how me and my gf live together...I am surviving in army so what impact on my job and what charges can my family put on me and my gf and what charges my gf family can put on me .what to do future

You can file for a contested divorce if your wife is not ready and willing to amicably get separated. You can move out of the house and start living separately. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.
