How to escape from matrimonial house

My wife have boyfriend with whome she want to go forever. When I tried to talk her she refused talking. Then I discussed her live some other city so that there can be some gap between them but wife went furious and given life threat to me, my father, my mother and two children. Now, before taking any court case, what can be the legal way to immediately leave home with children, so that during leaving home if see do any police complaint, me and my rest family can be safe?

since she is married to you how long have you been married she can file a false case of domestic violence and maintenance on divorce thus you can send notice to other party
