Ma'am As your husband is in an adulterous relationship, which is not a crime anymore as clarified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, but which is still valid ground for divorce, but yet again you don't want the divorce. Moreover you are yourself a government employee and you are not entitled for any maintenance. The only option left with you is lodge an FIR against him which we can discuss as per the facts of your case and simultaneously we can file a petition for domestic violence against your husband, which would teach him a good lesson to honour his relationship with you. First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why he/she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in his/her mind regarding you. After that if he/she fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. But if you are willing to stay with him/her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life.
