How to contest and avoid Interim Maintainance Petition

Am a Hindu married on 2019.
She is a home maker and sole daughter.
She gave birth to my baby on 2021 for which she went to her parents home on her 8th month and stayed there.
I sent her a legal notice to come back by 2022. She filed a divorce case against me on 2023.
Now she has added a petition for interim maintenance for 20K for her and 20K for legal
I haven't even raised my hand on her, No MIL DIL problems in my house.
How to avoid it? Expenses are only 3-5K per head in my family.
