How to claim maintenance from Husband

I have 1 kid and don't have job till now. My husband and me got separated 1 year ago and not supporting us financially and also he is not paying EMIs for the loans he has taken on my name and neither returning the amount. So i want to file maintenance case but if I get a job now do I need to pay all EMIs?

hi if you are staying away from your husband then you could file petition in court to award maintenance amd that the court would grant maintenance would irresepctive of you are working or not and for daily needs
