How to carry out amendments approved in document

An amendment having been allowed how to exactly carry out amendments sought and allowed in the respective document, if the changes are substantial.
Do I need to submit the amended document with original content to be removed striked out in red and inserting in red approved changes and submit as amended document or how to carry out amendment, can experts guide pls
Dear Sir,
It has a long procedure which cannot be written in text. Better approach any nearest Advocate or be in good books with concerned Court staff who may guide properly if you meet them in their leisure time. You have to carry out amendment in Red ink in the original records of the Court and if necessary additional sheets may be inserted in the original records or it may be returned on the back side of the plaint. At the end you have to file amended plaint incorporating such amended pleadings and a copy to be served on the other side.
