How to appeal in supreme Court for 125 maintenance Case

Dear Sir, I Just want to know is there any option available to appeal in supreme court against 125 crpc maintenance case. Currently my deserted wife filed a case in high court gwalior for 125 maintenace. Thanks
What order has been given by High. Court. Your query is needed some more input. Like what order passed by family court & what is current status of revision pending before High court. Complete input is required.

If your wife has just filed, then until the proceedings are finally terminated by the High Court, you cannot appeal to the Supreme Court.
And, according to Articles 132 and 134-A of the Constitution of India, an appeal before the Supreme Court can be filed only if the High Court certifies that the case involves a substantial question of law as to the interpretation of the Constitution.
