How summons can be served to a party residing abroad

Respected sir/madam. A Divorce summon sent to USA/New York through Hague service convention to ABC Legal services as per the guideline of Department of Law and justice, India. As per the report of ABC legal services the concerned person not available on that address as mentioned in the address and subject moved or not able to trace. On the date of hearing the judge ask to provide the alternate address for affecting the service again, but i don't have any alternate address of the person whom to serve summon. in the marriage certificate the address is same as where summon served already. my question is as follows 1. I have no any alternate address of my husband but judge ask to provide alternate address in that case what i do. Judge not want to listen anything else. I have already waste my 2 year in case. 2. whats the court next procedure in my case as in abroad cases publication not done as judge already says. Please help
