How pass exparte judgement then no evidence against me?

Mai 26 saal ka hu, ek ladki mere sathh 6 months live in mein rahi thi , na meri ussey shadi huyi na uske pass mere against koi evidence like fero ki videography and photography . Phir bhi usne mere against family court mein 125 crpc mein case file krdiya . Mere pass ek plain paper pe notice aaya jisme na petition ki copy na time bs case number or mera address likha thaa toh mai court nhi gya , par jb maine online status check kiya toh uspe case Disposed nature of Disposal exparte likha aa rha hai , mujhe ye janna hai ki jb mere against koi evidence nhi na vo ldki meri wife hai toh exparte judgement kaise aa gya . Kya exparte judgement sirf petition ke favour mein aata hai . I have most of confusion please help me.

Hi, As per the limited information provided by you, your case was disposed off as it could be because there was no evidence made against you or an exparte order has been passed against you. As you yourself don’t have the documents of the case, it is very difficult to give any advise. I would recommend to have a copy of the complaint so that we can take the matter further.
