I apply divorce case after separation 2 years Before two case ongoing Mnt and dv How much time to court grant divorce And how much time to finish mantiance and dv court case Separation time my wife 2 years before Against me dv case And my wife don't want back my home She can't back court case So i want one side divorce

if you one sided divorce then firstly you have to tell to the court that your spouse is not coming from so and so years and after taking this into notice and some evidence, court can declare your spouse or wife as ex parte and you will get your divorce within one or two months
