How much maintenance to husband for minor child if both parents earing 47k and govt teachers

It will be based on the custody of children, school fees, age and expenses of children. In general the court will allow 20-30% of salary, and as both parents are earning here so the court may proceed equal share from both of them ( 50-50 ). If the husband is drawing more salary then he can get a higher ratio of maintenance to pay.
