How I address a E-Petition filed against me.

22-Feb-2026 (In Divorce Law)
One of my relatives told me that My wife applied for E-Petition file against me and it's taken 10 to 15 days as lots of petition is logged due to this government web site getting slow. Is it possible? And if petition is logged then how I identify? Can I receive any message or WhatsApp message or document through courier. If none of these received then How I identify that efill is present. If efill has been done then can attend without any advocate. I can't afford advocate fees. Pls advise

Yes, e-filing is possible, and technical delays occur. You can check the status on the e-Courts website or app using your name. Court summons are usually sent via post. You can appear without an advocate.
