There is no choice but to take divorce to marry the girl you want to. The law is pretty much clear upon that. The cleanest way to go for divorce is by convincing your wife to give you mutual divorce. Call me for better understanding.

what is the religion/law under which you got married? As you know position law if different for different class of people.
