How get divorce and child custody from my abusive husband

I got married in 2013. And I have a son of 4 years now. My husband is an alcoholic, abusive , and he beats me everyday after consuming alcohol. Also he beat me on the behalf of my extra affair evidence he has.. By 1 year ago he condone on the issue and take 2 lakes from my father also. Now he is trying to blackmail on that evidence and he used to beat me everyday. I want divorce and child custody. What should I do? I never repeat that mistake after he knows all about my affair.
You have to file case under section 12 of Domestic violence Act 2005 and under Section 125 Cr.PC for maintenance and 489A IPC to take remedy and file divorce. The extra martial evidence you have to elaborate upon to explain the remedy to you.
