How do I refund a wrong transaction on Phone Pe?

For a wrong PhonePe transaction, immediately report it via the "Contact PhonePe Support" button in the app's transaction history or call their 24/7 support at 09693673025 / 09693-673-025. Also, WhatsApp call or contact your bank to initiate a chargeback and file a complaint on the NPCI portal. Act within 10–15 minutes for the best chance of recovery.

My advice to meet Advocate who will guide you properly and also will assist to whom department yiu have to approach for remittance yiur valuable payment. Send a legal notice to phone pay with respect to fraudulent transaction or call 1930 cyber cell immediately

In case of a wrong PhonePe transaction, immediately report the issue through the PhonePe app by selecting the transaction and using the “Raise a Complaint” or “Contact Support” option. You should also inform your bank and request them to initiate a UPI dispute or chargeback. Additionally, a complaint can be filed on the NPCI UPI dispute portal. If the receiver refuses to return the money, you may also file a complaint with the cyber crime portal or approach the police under cheating and cyber fraud provisions.
