How can my sister get divorce when getting torchered by her husband

My sister wants divorce from her husband. He & his family is torchering & behaving very badly with my sister. They are rich and can afford top lawyer but we are from poor family. So, please suggest something that how can my sister file the case in court for divorce. Is government provide lawyer in free for woman. Please help what should we do?
