How can I get my legally wedded wife Back from her home?

I was married in Court. have all the documents of marriage. the girls family has taken her back and is forcing me for Divorce? what can i do?
File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the Family Court. The court having jurisdiction over the place where both of you last resided together is one such court. You will have to assert that your wife has withdrawn from your society without reasonable excuse. Upon satisfaction of the truth in your contention and that there is no legal ground creating impediment, the court shall give upon her a direction to join the matrimony. Law puts burden on your wife to prove that she has a reasonable excuse not to live with you. No one can force you for divorce , nor exercise control over her legally, as (presumebly) both of you are adults.

The first and foremost thing which you have to decide whether you want to continue with the relationship with your wife if yes then move before a competent court for restoration of conjugal right and thus your matter gets resolved
