Yes sir you have a chance by not paying anything to your wife you can get divorce from her you have to file a Criminal case in court and then a divorce case in court but you have to prove her extra marital affair in court
Hi
If you have caught your wife and her boy friend red handed while indulging in extra marital affair, you should file a case u/s 497 IPC (Adultery) in the nearest police station.
Once adultery case is filed against your wife, you need not pay any alimony or maintenance to your wife.
You can also file for divorce on the grounds of adultery.
For adultery you can file the dowry case anytime without waiting for statutory 1 year from the date of marriage.

See you have to prove the extra marital affair of your wife if matter goes to Court. Your wife always has a claim for maintenance against you even after divorce(unless you had paid Alimony in divorce proceedings.) As of now since your marriage is just 45 days old then you are not entitled to file for divorce till the expiry of one year from the date of marriage. If an order for maintenance is passed by court on application by your wife and if you do not pay then she can force the order against you. You can also be sent to prison till payment of arrears of maintenance to your wife and your property can also be attached after adopting of due procedure by the Court.
