How can I get divorce when husband is not ready

I want to get divorce form my husband even my husband is not willing to give divorce. My father merry me forcely. Now nobody is supporting me in my family for this decision. It's going to 1.5 years of marriage but i am not happy with this. Here is no value of me in my husband house.

You can file a divorce petition under section 13 of the hindu marriage act,1955 for obtaining divorce from your husband in case you are no longer interested in carrying on the relationship. For filing such a petition you need to have valid grounds.
