How can I file for maintenance from my husband and daughter

Hi.. I am from Hyderabad I am married in 2005 August I am having a daughter 9 yr old After a long wait from my sadist husband I dared to file a case against him... I filed both criminal 498a and DvC domestic act 2years ago... They are just going on in the court.. Just became a routine dates...that's it. Maintenance as became a burden to me As my daughter is school going child Actually I don't have proof that he is working But he was a software engineer and was a project managerin bigMNC..even he is working from home now..how to get immediate maintenence.. Plz help me regarding
You should file a memo for interim maintenance in the court. We can get the court to issue instructions to him and his employer(if known) or to his banks (if you know his bank) to provide details of remittances
Even if he tries to hide his income details we can get the same from Income tax department using his PAN number etc. no worries.
First you should file for maintenance either under Sec 125 Cr.P.C or as part of proceedings if divorce proceedings are underway. the courts will grant you maintenance within 30 days.
