How can I file a case of harassment against in laws ??

My he shares every personal thing with his mom and sisters .after some days of marriage his mother started asking me to bring the money of mahr and give it to her and she told me she will buy me gold with that money but she has no rights to ask mahr money its my wish to donate it or do what ever i want.she wanted me to give her all my gold ornaments i didnot give her intead i kept it in my locker. Now my husbad is not talking to me since 40 dayz i am pregnant and he doesnt care i called him he didnt pick my call and texted him no reply. I am at my parents house.what shud i do ?? Plz advice
