How can I challenge that no arguments were heard by the family court?

21-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
R/ Sir, I am father of male child. Events happened as follows - Wife filed custody case & for visitation rights in Family court - Filed Habeas corpus and got directions for F.C. to give two opportunities to each party to make submissions and decide "interim prayer for custody" - F.C. ordered me to filed reply to visitation application - On filing reply court ordered for consideration on this application - On next date court heard arguments. Order read as “argument party heard. Now to come up on ---- for remaining argument”. - On next date F.C. ordered that he has heard argument on interim custody and decided in favour of wife. No arguments actually happened - I immediately filed RTI to secure cctv of court and sent email to high court. But still I am unable to secure cctv. - I challenged F.C. order in high court on the point that wife has never applied for interim custody. But high court dismissed my civil revision. - SLP is pending in supreme court. Any other advice please.
