How can a working woman claim maintenance for kids from grand father ?

I have been married for the past 12 years and i have 2 kids. My father in law has disowned by husband 5 years ago. I am earning but i dont earn enough to sustain my kids expenses also. Can i claim maintenance and share in father in law's property on behalf of my kids ?

You have the right to get maintainace even you are working. It depends upon the status and property of your husband. There are other remedies available in Hindu law by which lien can be imposed on property even in name of father in law. Take consultation and file civil suit as well as under crpc
