07-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Dear All, I would like to know how and where to get registered MOU. Because other Party (wife) said they will do the MOU and the same will get submit to family court. I dont believe them at all. Here is my question, when am paying money and returning all the articles to other party (wife). I should be getting this done? Is it possible to get the MOU prepared and registered? Please advise me on this..Looking forward for your valuable suggestions. Thank you.
Hello,
Don't allow your wife prepare the MCD MOU unilaterally and file in the Family Court. Sit with your wife and prepare the MOU incorporating your points and her points and get it notarized with a notary so that you don't have to face problems in future. You list down all your points and discuss with your wife and ask her to let you know her points and both of you decide on the contents and prepare and notarize the MOU accordingly. Feel free to contact me if you need any help.

Dear Client,
It is always better to go lok adalat decree in which judge will give order/decree on the basis of terms and conditions inserted by you both. Lok Adalat decree is powerful. It will not amend or set aside even in high court.

Hi
An MOU pertaining to family matters is of significance only if submitted in the family court.
However you can register the MOU as family arrangement at sub-registrar office nearest to your residence.
