Homosexuality , divorce, consent divorce

I came to delhi 9 years ago for post graduation. Here i was on my own like the rest of the students who leave their home for work or studies. I was about 24 yr old. I got heavily involved in Homosexuality and actively had sexual relations with multiple partners younger than me. It went on for 6 years and gradually i completed my education and landed a job. The pressure to get married was getting built up from my parents and i decided to tell them about my situation and my reluctance to get marri

First of all it's advisable for you to communicate all the things to your family members. And try to make them understand the situation. Since you are already a major in legal terms you have got full rights to take your own decisions and live according to your needs and desires. Now no one can interfere in your personal life.

What is the problem herein? You haven't posted your question clearly. Did your parents get you married forcefully and then your wife is seeking divorce and all kind of bundle charges like cruelty and adultery, domestic violence and dowry, maintenance?
