Hi!nnMe and my husband got married in Bhubaneswar in the start of last year and we would like to file for mutual divorce.nMy religion is Catholic, I'm European.nHe is Protestant, and he is Indian. We are both living in Germany. nnWhat steps do we take to get divorced? Could it be done without travelling to India?nThank you and have a great day!

you have to come twice. once for the filing of the mutual divorce and another for evidence before the court. nothing can be done without your physical presence. you have to come. you have to sign the petition so also the order sheet in case record
