Hindu-498A Cash Bail not accepting

27-Jul-2026 (In Divorce Law)
Dear Sir, Good Evening. My Anticipatory Bail is granted by Sessions Court with conditions like Personal Bond, Surety and Cash Bond etc.. in Jan 2025. When my 498A Bail is granting, Lower Court is asking me to produce one personal Surety and not allowing Cash Bail and not giving any other bail conditions options like Sessions Court. Kindly clarify the same. Yours Sincerely...

If the Sessions Court's anticipatory bail order specifically permits a cash bond as an alternative, the Magistrate should ordinarily follow those conditions. If the lower court is insisting only on a personal surety contrary to the order, you may seek clarification or appropriate directions from the Sessions Court or the High Court.
