Hi,nA false 498a , 323,354 case is on me and my family. She submit a Call recording to IO. and she gave a hand written 65B certificate. she didn't mentioned the date time of the recording, I remember it should be of 1 month before my marriage.nI have call recording of her planning after the my marriage and now trial in progress, her cross examination is done. Do I need to submit my phone for call and video recording authentication or not? and she didn't submit her phone and not police verfy it

Hello sir, as mentioned by you in the question that there are certain phone recording and can it be used- the court may or may not admit it in records even if it admits you can challenge the same by asking for forensic of the same please feel free to call us for further discussion thanks
