High court not transferred transfer within family court Bengaluru . Can I file another petition before principal Judge
Dear Sir,
You can try by filing another application before principal Judge stating other grounds which are not urged before the Hon'ble High Court. Thus, the Principal Court may consider the developed circumstances and may transfer your case from one Family Court to another Family Court. Till then you may ask for staying the proceedings.
