past 4 years I spoke with one married girl from tirunelveli last Saturday her husband seen our conversation everything and he call me and said he file case against me threatening me in this case I'm not had any intercourse with that girl,we speak with only phone call n chats..

nearly talking with another person wife is not enough and even adultry is crapped from Indian Penal Code and that is nothing to worry about a husband threatening if that person wife want to get divorce she can apply for it as a ground that a husband is in suspicious think about the your relationship

hi sir, you need not worry over such threats. however there exists a moral obligation upon every individual that needs to be upheld, if her husband continues to intimidate you, you can file a complaint in the local police station
