Hello,nA false case 377 and 498 was filed against my cousin by wife and their families. They made fake medical and fake evidence. What can I do.nThe wife is leaving the country on a visa what can I do to stop her from leaving the country ?nWhat are my chances of getting justice ?nI don't want to do settlement.

you can also file an FIR against the wife alleging that she had filed a false complaint under 498 and causing you harm and your family. You can also file a defamation case against her. As you said they have made false evidence against you allege that you are being wrongfully framed under section 191 of IPC and there are many ways to settle down the matter
