Harassments by ex husband and demanding of money

A man named Rakesh Khatik married me in 2019. But later I came to know that he was already married. When I protested against this, my husband and in-laws beat me. After that I came back to my mom's house. I waited for 4 years but my husband did not come to take me. After that without divorce I got married to another person who has been around for 2 years.My ex-husband came back after 6 years and is demanding 10 lakh rupees from me. what do i do?

Don’t worry Don’t be panic Is not a major issue It come under 494 I.P.C. Which is bailable offence. He can’t laudge any criminal FIR against you . He can just file a complaint in court. Then if court will took cognisance against you. Then court will summon you. Then u have to go to court. Otherwise you can laudge a criminal complaint or a FIR against ur ex husband .

don't give money aap ka husband ko koi right nahi ha aap sa paisa lena ka liya agar wo jada prashan kara to us ka kilaf fir kara dena . a husband can claim maintenance from his wife during divorce proceedings if he can show that he doesn't have enough income to support himself and that his wife can afford to provide for him

if your ex husband demanding 10 lakh rupees from you then you should laudge FIR against your husband at nearest police station in various sections of froud , astrozen , and blackmailing..then police do work for u
