Harassment by in laws and husband can I take divorce

i want to take divorce because my husband takes a drink as soon as my doughter born my mother in low wants a son but my dought born that time onword they give very bad treatmnet to me my doughter my all gold they kept on rent without my permission my husband dont do any work and drink and beats me give bad word to my doughter my doughter is of 1 year only my inlows give bad word she remove me from the house
