Your mother in law is having a seperate civil remedy against you and her son. As per the details given by you, your mother in law appears to be owner of the house in which you and your husband are living.
As told by you, you have already filed certain cases before the courts which are still pending.
I suggest you to also file a seperate case of maintainance against your husbad for creating a pressure on your in laws.

You are also requires to supply me with the case details to guide you further

I think you should defend the suit. If it is ancestral property the mother in law cannot dispossess you at all. I would be able to guide you further only if you give me some more details of the suit.

you should file a suit for permanent injunction against your mother and husband restraining her from dispossessing you without due process of law as you have a right of residence in your matrimonial home. Also file a police complaint that your mother is trying to dispossess you from your matrimonial house.

Hi,
Since the house is sold and you can't claim any property possessed by your mother-in-law, it is better to find some shelter and pursue your cases. Your cases are strong and you will get the required relief from your DV case.
