Harassment and torture by husband on what grounds can i file divorce?

Im staying with my parents.As my husband is not allowing me to stay in his home nore his parents.Im staying at my maternal home since 13th may,17.I got married in Jan17.I want to save my marriage so i didnt went to do complaint.He has harrashed me for 2 months physically n mentally just to leave his home.We awaited for family meeting n have a word with them so he didnt stayed at hone on that day n his dad was saying we don't have any concern with our son & Mom speak on small small matters which his son asked him to speak upon.He said dt my family is concerned with all this issues n i will speak on this.He doesnt meet dont even receive the calls n nicely living his life.He dnt want to take any resposibility of mine n dont want to spare a single pie on me.He is Govt. servant.Working as Je in MSEB.He drinks in no limits n has spoiled my life marrying me.He puts allegations on me n ask me to go to court n fight for my rights.His parents say that you both leave their home.What to do?

First of all write about what has happened to his seniors. You can file a police complaint under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It is advisable to file the same in writing. Along with the above you can also file a complaint under the DV act in the Magitate court for various reliefs maintenance, Residential etc.

If there is no communication between you need your spouse and even you too are not interested to continue then better to take steps positively by approaching a marriage counsellor legally and try last time to save the marriage one last time

I would like to suggest u that.. If your husband is not ready to live with u but u want to save your married life then u can send him legal notice for restitution of conjugal right if no family meeting will mend his decision.
