Harassed by husband after 12 years of marriage what can I do

After 13 years of marriage with 2 Kid all of sudden husband started blaming his non working wife of incompetency in every thing and mentally torturing her by always shouting, not giving money, abusing in laws ,not taking her out,pampering children in his own favour, talking against their mother, etc.. husband is in big position and earning high salry. From his attitude it looks he wants to keep his sons with him and torture wife to the extent that she herself leave the house. what should parents of girl do? About maintenance Child custody Should they apply first Bring the daughter with

First it is better to make understand ur husband and If all the chances of compromise between u and ur husband ended then According to present situation, it is better to file complaint in court under domestic violence act and for maintenance u/s 125 crpc,
