Guy married me without divorcing first wife now first wife is back

He said that his 1wife has left him and given in paper that i will not come again and 2sons was with he so he think of 2marrage and before my marrage he given in paper that he will not accpect his 1wife know his 1wife is back what should i do know

He has to take divorce first from his first wife, then only go for second marriage. HE CAN APPLY DIVORCE PETITION ON THE WRITTEN GIVEN BY HIS FIRST WIFE. Second marriage is voidable marriage (more details needed please call.)

Marriage with living partner can only be ended legally by a decree of divorce by the Court with competent jurisdiction. Agreement in writing either by one party or mutually by the couple cannot end the marriage.
Please note it is an offense to marry during the subsistence of existing marriage. In your case the marriage of your partner is legally subsisting and would end only when both your partner and his wife apply or file for Divorce and get it dissolved by decree of Competent Court.

Whether you were aware of his first marriage? If not you can file a case of cheating and annulment of marriage.
If yes , your husband should have legally separated from him and then married you. Your husband can be tried in court by his first wife. Also as per Hindu law second marriage is illegal
