You may seek ex parte proceedings if husband avoids court, claim maintenance for yourself and children, recover stridhan through DV/criminal remedies, seek interim protection orders, and pursue Bar Council complaint against advocate for conflict of interest.

you will have to file an application for recovery of streedhan before the court and you will also have to mention the court that the advocate who was representing you before, is now representing your husband, the court will itself remove him from representing your husband.

You have strong grounds to seek maintenance, stridhan recovery and expeditious hearing. Seek ex parte/interim relief if he avoids court. Conflict of interest complaint may proceed separately before Bar Council.
