Guidance on the Legal Process to End Marriage Annulment vs Mutual Div

It has been two months since my cousin sister got married. Unfortunately, things are not going well between the couple due to compatibility and cultural differences. We are considering the possibility of ending the marriage before the situation worsens further. What would be the quickest and most appropriate legal way to dissolve the marriage? Is there an option for marriage annulment/cancellation in such a case, or would they need to proceed through the mutual divorce process?

मुझे नहीं पता आपकी बहन की शादी कौनसे मैरिज एक्ट से हुई है , यदि हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट के अनुसार हुई है तो विवाह की शर्तों का मानना जरूरी है अन्यथा में वह विवाह शून्य होगा ,ऐसे विवाह को मान्यता नहीं होती और न ही कोई अधिकार कर्तव्य का जन्म होता है। अब यदि ऐसी स्थिति है तो आप निश्चित रहिए .... अन्यथा में इकतरफा या सहमति से विवाह विच्छेद संभव है ऐसा ही मिलती जुलती स्थिति ईसाई व पारसी विवाह में है परन्तु यदि आप मुस्लिम विवाह के बारे में पूछ रहे हैं तो स्थिति बहुत अलग है । परिस्थितियों को समझने के बाद ही कुछ कहना संभव है

mutual divorce ho skta hai but uske liye km se km 1 year aapko unko alg rhna pdega abhi marriage ko 2 month huye hai to abhi possible nhi hoga asaa abhi aapko 1year periods ko follow krna hi pdega ye compulsory hai or kya aapki cousin sister alimony be chate hai ya fir bs divorce

through mutual divorce it would be a good option in better option stamp we can file a divorce but now court had ordered that only mutual divorce would be a option for any devorce processing for fast process you have to file under section 13b for mutual
